- Free charity rep place for groups over 15 participants
- A dedicated Account Manager to manage your trip from sign-up to completion
- Fully inclusive packages, including flights, taxes and fuel surcharges up to 5% of the overall event cost.
- A full risk assessment
- Active promotion of your event on our Kilimanjaro Challenge website
- Consultation on your in-house marketing and provision of copyright free images for use
- Fully branded pre-challenge support documentation
- Discounts and a kit rental service through our partner retailers
- A participant event briefing and presentation from Action Challenge prior to departure in either the UK or Ireland
- A specialist expedition team including Mountain Leaders, a Doctor, local Guides and Porters
- Kilimanjaro summit t-shirts for all participants

Open Groups for Charities
If you would like to offer the Kilimanjaro Challenge to your supporters but are not able to take on your own bespoke event, we have Open Group Kilimanjaro Challenges throughout the year departing from the UK and Ireland that anyone can join. Our Open Group challenges bring like-minded people together to share in the Kilimanjaro experience and fundraise for charity.
There is absolutely no financial commitment required from you. All you have to do is choose a challenge to market to your supporters through your website, newsetters and other marketing literature.
